The only exception is in the case of a clear manufacturing defect, proven at the exact time of delivery.

General Goods: For other (non-cosmetic) goods, exchanges or returns are permitted within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the items are in their original condition, unused, and in their original factory packaging.

Orders Shipped from Turkey: Since these products are specifically sourced for you from Turkey and the processing begins immediately to ensure the fastest delivery, the customer has the right to cancel the order within 6 hours only from the time the order was placed. Cancellations after this period are not possible due to the customized nature of these orders.
